  • Annual Photo Opt-Out Form
    • The Vashon Island School District often uses photos of our students learning in action for our social media feeds (Facebook and Instagram), communications to the community, and to share with our partner organizations for promotion. If you DO NOT want your student's image to be used by VISD and/or its partner organizations, please fill out the form.  This is an annual update and does not carry forward from year to year.
  • ASB Fee – $60 per student – Pay Online
    • This fee supports student centered programs and activities such as recess equipment, assemblies, field trip transportation and admission, clubs, the yearbook and more!  A fee is assigned to your student’s account so when you log in you can easily pay it online.

  • First View Bus Tracking App
    • App available for Android and Apple devices.This app allows you to see where your student’s bus is.

  • Free & Reduced Lunch Application
    • Though at Chautauqua all students will receive a free breakfast and/or lunch if they choose, completing this form helps keep this benefit in place.  Also required is the Consent to Share if you which to receive reduction tuition for Preschool, or have other fees, such as the ASB Fee, waived.
  • Lunch Menus
  • ParentSquare
    • This is used for communications between parents and the school.  App available for Android and Apple devices or login to the website.  Your student will be activated 24 hours after they are enrolled/attending. 
  • Paying Fees
    • Login using Skyward credentials to pay fees or for meals for your student.  
  • Picture Day!
    • All students should get their picture taken – ordering photos is online and optional
      • Picture Day: Wed, September 30th
      • Retakes:  Tue, October 27th
  • School Dismissal Manager
    • Required to change your student’s default dismissal plan at the end of the day. 
    • App available for Android and Apple devices or login to the website. 
    • Your student will be activated 24 hours after they are enrolled/attending.  You will be send a credentials email from SDM to set up your account at that time.
  • Skyward (Q) Family Access
    • This is required to view report cards, sign up for conferences, view student attendance and more
  • Student Handbook (link coming soon)
    • Please review this with your student.
  • Supply List 
    • PTO is using purchasing student supplies for ALL students this year.  You can use the link to pay for your child’s supplies and donate for those who cannot purchase them. 
  • Volunteering at School
    • If you wish to volunteer in your student’s class or elsewhere in the school, you much first complete our background check form.  It is valid for two years.
